About Todd...
Todd is a native to the San Fernando
Valley, growing up in Woodland Hills
in the Southwest section of the San
Fernando Valley. Todd attended
California State University,
Northridge, studying Business and
Economics, including Accounting and
Real Estate and graduated with
honors. Todd is a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) and started his
career working in Public Accounting. After Public Accounting, Todd worked 14 years at Universal Studios in various Finance and Accounting roles. Todd, wanting a change from Corporate America and having a passion for Real Estate, decided to get back into Real Estate. Originally licensed in 1993, Todd previously worked for Gibson and Associates Realtors in Toluca Lake and Studio City and Dilbeck Realtors in Sherman Oaks and Keller Williams in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Encino. Todd brings strong Real Estate, business, accounting and finance experience, to offer his clients integrity, professionalism, strong follow-through, attention to details, dedication, excellent client/customer service and personal attention. Todd’s clients and their interests are his #1 priority. Todd lives in Sherman Oaks.
